John Peacock

John Peacock will write a chapter on dark energy.

John Peacock is Professor of  Cosmology at the Institute for Astronomy in the University of Edinburgh. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. He won the 2014 Shaw Prize for his work on the large-scale clustering of galaxies. He researches galaxy formation, galaxy clustering, gravitational lensing, and statistical cosmology. He is the author of the postgraduate textbook "Cosmological Physics.”
